The build quality and performance is exactly as I would expect. The 24GB ram and 1Tb SSD model that I got is great for everything I have thrown at it. It even performed well at running games in a translation layer (CrossOver). It would be great to have a large SSD but given the prices apple wanted for larger SSD models and external drive is really the way to go.

Everything loads instantly, and I can run multiple heavy apps without breaking a sweat. I did drop it once (oops) and it still looks perfect.

Upgraded from a 2018 MacBook Pro and wow what a difference. The quality of the screen, length of battery life, and processing speed are amazing.

So, I just got my MacBook Pro M4 2024, and WOW. It's like my old laptop was a potato, and this thing is a Ferrari. Runs like a dream! Battery life is awesome too. The only issue is... well, my cat seems to love walking on the keyboard. '' I need to teach her not to hit 'Caps Lock' 500 times in a row.

I'm not going to lie, I love it. I wish it had more ports, but it's so sleek and fast that I forget. My biggest issue' The price. I could buy a used car for what I paid. ''
